Applied Industries Holding AB has acquired Netled’s business

Swedish investment group Applied Industries Holding AB (AIH) (org.nr 556613-1081) has acquired the vertical farming business and assets of Netled Oy.

The acquired operations continue as a new company, Netled Technology Oy, based in Tampere. Netled Technology Oy designs and delivers turn-key Vera CEA systems that combine LED lighting, irrigation, climate control, automation and farm-operations know-how. Compared with conventional greenhouse growing, Vera can cut energy use by up to 70% and water use by up to 95%. The transfer covered the vertical farming business, related intellectual property, employment relationships and fixed assets.
