Purpose of use of the register
Personal data will be processed for the purposes of customer communications and other customer relationship maintenance, management and development purposes. The customer information in the register can be used for direct advertising, distance selling or other direct marketing, opinion polls, market research, or other comparable addressed deliveries by the registry holder within the bounds of law.

The information on the register
The register can contain the following information about the registered persons:
– first name and surname
– email address
– company / employer
– place of residence

Regulatory information sources
Personal data shall be collected from the registered persons themselves.

Disclosing information
Personal data shall not be disclosed to any third parties. Personal data shall not be transmitted outside the EU or EEA, unless it is necessary due to technical operation of the service.

Security of the register
The databases containing personal data are protected by firewalls, passwords and other comparable technical measures. Databases and their backup copies are held in secured premises and access to the data is limited to specific persons based on their duties within Netled Oy.

Right to access, prohibit and rectify
In accordance with section 26 of the Personal Data Act, registered persons have the right to access the data concerning them that has been recorded in the person register. The access request must be submitted in writing and with a signature to the following address: Netled Oy, Annanmaankuja 2 A 2, 33960 Pirkkala or by e-mail johanna.kivioja(at)netled.fi.

Registered persons have the right to prohibit Netled Oy from using the data for the purposes of direct advertising by sending a written notice to the address provided above.

The registry holder shall rectify, remove or supplement any personal data in the person register that is erroneous, unnecessary, deficient or obsolete for the purposes of processing, either on its own initiative or upon the registered person’s request.

Technical errors
Netled Oy shall not be held liable for possible technical errors.
