Jussi Rintanen joins Board of Directors at Netled

Jussi Rintanen, an expert in international contract law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and the energy sector, has been appointed to the Board of Directors at Netled.

Jussi has been advising clients as an attorney and working as in-house counsel for the industry sector for more than 20 years. Jussi has focused on small and mid-sized companies wherever possible, and ideally tries to advise them right from the beginning.

“As the company grows quickly so do the amount of international contracts.” says CEO at Netled, Niko Kivioja. “Jussi’s expertise in international contract law is a critically important addition to the board for us as we explore new growth opportunities such as joint ventures and acquisitions.”

During his 20+ years as an attorney, Jussi has been involved in many large negotiations and transactions, and has specific knowledge of how to best structure a deal in issues of financing, funding, and taxation.

Netled is currently in a phase of extremely strong growth with a market value increase of over 40% and share prices up by €13.25 per share since the beginning of 2021.
