Netled has received ETL certification for its vertical farming luminaire in the United States and Canada. The ETL Mark is proof of product compliance to North American safety standards and is accepted by authorities and code officials across the US and Canada as proof of product compliance to published industry standards.

The ETL Mark is the fastest growing safety certification in North America and is featured on millions of products sold by major retailers and distributors.

The ETL certification is an important step for Netled as it strengthens its presence in North America.

“Our Vera vertical farms are always planned according to the standards of the area where the farm is located. We carry out a field evaluation at the site, and the vertical farm is then accepted by an official third party. Our Vera vertical farms always come with our vertical farming luminaire as standard, of course, and different states have different demands in terms of compliance. This ETL certification is specifically for our vertical farming luminaire meaning we can now sell it separately throughout the US and Canada.” explains Netled’s Chief Operating Officer, Niko Kurumaa.

ETL certification is quite a long process, but this ETL Mark comes at just the right time for Netled as they strengthen their position in the North American market thanks to their strategic partnership with Rambridge Wholesale Supply, in Calgary, Canada.

“There are many different LED lighting solutions on the market, but the ETL certification for our vertical farming luminaire and the fact that we always plan our Vera vertical farms according to the appropriate standards speaks of the reliability, quality, and professionalism of our systems. And importantly, it brings peace of mind to our customers.”, Kurumaa concludes.
