At Fruit Logistica, Netled will introduce its latest R&D innovation Vera® Berry, a vertical farming solution suitable for growing strawberries or other continuous harvest cultivars such as cloudberry, or arctic raspberry, or even cut flowers. Vera® Berry will be commercially available in 2023.

This is not Netled’s first time attending Fruit Logistica, but a highly anticipated return to Berlin since the pandemic began.

”Fruit Logistica is an important exhibition for us. We believe our vertical farming services and technology really speak to its different target audiences. Central Europe is one of the most interesting markets for us now and in the future as well”, states Netled COO Niko Kurumaa.

Netled is currently building three Vera® vertical farms across the globe in Canada, Sweden, and Poland.

Walk industrial Vera® farm in virtual reality

Introducing something as massive as an industrial Vera® facility at the exhibition floor is not easy – unless you do it in virtual reality! At Netled’s booth, you have the opportunity to walk through the industrial-size Vera® farm, lift lettuces and lights, and even jump on an elevator that enables you to see the entire farm from a bird’s-eye view!

The Netled team is looking forward to participating in the exciting program, but especially to creating contacts with future clients and other important stakeholders.

”With our existing services and technology, and the most capable team of vertical farming experts in the world, we truly are ready to help your business succeed”, Kurumaa adds.

You can find Netled in hall 8.1 at booth B-05.
