Private placement

Netled will carry out a private placement from December 14th 2023 to January 12th 2024.

The conference, taking place on 27-28 July, brings together foodservice industry players ranging from chefs and menu developers to retail and foodservice buyers. You can find Netled at booth #917.

Netled is proceeding with strategic cooperation with Rejlers for the implementation of project deliveries. Rejlers is one of the leading engineering consultancy firms in the Nordic region. The partnership enables Netled to focus on providing comprehensive solutions for vertical farming and facilitates faster business scalability. With the agreement, Netled’s project delivery organization transfers to the service of Rejlers.
